About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting Sales and Business Operations by utilizing Salesforce and related tools. Your responsibilities will include aiding the sales team in scaling our business and streamlining sales operations. Additionally, you will be involved in tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and creating reports to inform strategic decisions. Moreover, as a Sales Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in developing and implementing marketing tactics. This will give you a well-rounded experience, blending sales operational skills with strategic marketing initiatives, providing a comprehensive insight into both fields.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (less than two years of graduation) working towards a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Operations, or other relevant study

  • Familiarity with Salesforce not required but a bonus

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of integrity and work ethic
